This web site is for Cherrywood Park Homeowners Association, Inc. ONLY! The boundaries for this Association are 138th Avenue to 136th Avenue and Monroe St. to Steele Court in Filing No. 2.

There are three other Associations for the Cherrywood Park subdivision. Prokopiak Management Company does not manage those associations. If your address is in Filing No. 2 and is north of 138th Avenue, please contact the Cherrywood Park II Homeowners Association (managed by MSI). If youraddress is in Filing No. 1, please contact Cherrywood Park Filing No. 1 Homeowners Association (managed by Hammersmith). If your address is in Filing Nos. 3, 4, 5, or 6, please contact Cherrywood Park III Homeowners Association (managed by 4 Seasons Management).

June 4, 2008 - Parking problem in front of fire hydrants. Just a reminder from the City of Thornton that parking is prohibited within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
