About Cherrywood Park Homeowner's Association

The Association was incorporated in June, 2000 under the name of Cherrywood Park Homeowners Association, Inc.

Amenities include approximately 1.43 acres of open space, perimeter fencing and an entry monument.

Two builders, Richmond American Homes and Meadow Homes, were the approved builders for this development.

Association members pay a semi-annual assessment which pays for the following expenses: landscape maintenance, water for the common elements, liability insurance for the common areas, Director's & Officer's insurance, professional management, legal fees, electric for the common elements, snow removal on selected perimeter sidewalks, and reserves.
